Even in the past, STAPHYT always invested a lot in the staff, considered as the main wealth of the company. Today with about 200 employees split all around Europe, STAPHYT offers its customers the largest range of trial sites in Europe, on any crops, as well as all the contract experimentation and research services  they could require. Our strength lies in the diversity of either our skills and our geographical origins.

In order to complete successfully all the innovative projects, STAPHYT invests each year more than 15% of its turn-over for new equipment purchase and for going on with IT development. Continuous investments and permanent search for innovations have contributed to build up our reputation.

STAPHYT development is also based on healthy and fair relations both at employee and customer level and at environment level. It is in that capacity that we take part in different quality programs (ISO 14001, SD21000, Global Compact).
